Ingredients

You just need four simple ingredients for this recipe:

  • Chicken Sausages
  • Carrot
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Dried Breadcrumbs

If you would prefer to use pork or veggie sausages that is absolutely fine. They will work just as well.

The full recipe and measurements for the ingredients are in the recipe card down below but I have also included some step-by-step photos here for ease.

You should be able to make 18-20 sausage bites from the mixture. You can then either bake in the oven or in the airfryer.

Oven Instructions – divide the sausage bites between two lined baking sheets and bake at 180c for 17 minutes.

Airfryer Instructions – cook the sausage bites in two batches at 180c for 11 minutes.

Storing & Freezing

Leftovers will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

These sausage bites can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight. They can be reheated in the microwave or eaten cold.
