You should be able to find Puffed Quinoa in health food shops too.

A bag of puffed quinoa.

The first step is to melt chocolate. You can use milk chocolate, dark chocolate or a mixture of both.

Melt the chocolate in a large bowl, either in the microwave or over a pan of boiling water on the hob.

If melting in the microwave, just be careful that the chocolate doesn’t burn. Check it every 10 seconds or so.

Ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

Once the chocolate has melted, add in the puffed quinoa and mix well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper then take a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and add to the baking tray, in a round cluster shape.
