Hidden Veg Katsu Curry Sauce

This healthy curry for kids has 4 hidden veggies all blended into the sauce so even the pickiest of eaters won’t know they are there!

Because you can serve this sauce on the side as a curry dipping sauce, it’s a great introduction to curry flavours for fussy eaters who might not like everything mixed in together.

Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala

If you’re after mild curry recipes for kids, then a Tikka Masala is a good starting point!

My Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe is super mild and because it’s cooked in the slow cooker, it’s brilliantly easy too!

Chinese Chicken Curry

One of my favourite chicken curry recipes for kids is this Chinese Curry version.

It has a mildly sweet taste to it which is why I think it’s so popular with kids. My recipe makes enough for two family meals so you can pop half of it in the freezer to have at another time!

Hidden Veg Chicken Satay

This is another great curry recipe for those fussy eaters! Not only is it nice and mild, but you can sneak five different hidden veg into the sauce!

And for the grown ups, you can add dried chilli flakes, peanuts and a bit of fresh coriander to liven it up. No more cooking separate meals!
