I work for a charity called Magic Breakfast, we deliver free school breakfasts to schools in deprived areas. We feed lots of teenagers in secondary schools and the additional challenges to get to get them to attend and eat breakfast is real – yet skipping breakfast can have such a negative impact on their learning. I’ve shared this list with my colleagues who work on the menu we serve and at more innovative ways to make school breakfast more accessible and enticing to teens! So many great ideas. I will also try these with my own (pre)teens 🙂
