If you have a child who loves the Mango & Passion Fruit Coolers from Costa then this recipe is going to save you a fortune!
I must admit I’m partial to one too, but I just can’t justify the cost anymore so decided to start making them at home myself.

Instructions
This is honestly so simple and I can’t even call it a recipe really! But it’s just passion fruit juice and frozen mango blended together until smooth.
You will need to use quite a powerful blender to blitz through the frozen fruit. I’m using the Ninja Blast which I bought just recently and am finding it so handy for single serve drinks like this.

- This is the passion fruit juice I used. But any still passion juice will work just fine.

- Add 250ml to the blender.

- Along with 150g of frozen mango chunks.

- Blitz until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy! This is the perfect portion for one but you can of course use a bigger blender if you want to make multiple.
