A simple but delicious Pasta Bolognese recipe, all cooked together in one pot. Super easy and minimal washing up too!

One Pot Pasta Bolognese served in a white bowl garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese

You probably know by know that I am a massive fan of one pot recipes. Quick and easy with no complicated instructions, they’re perfect for a speedy mid week meal.

And of course one pot means less washing up too which everyone always appreciates!

The first step with this recipe is to fry up onions, garlic, carrot and celery. Next add the beef mince and fry that until browned.

Add tinned tomatoes, stock, ketchup and oregano, bring to the boil then add in the pasta.

Leave to simmer away on the hob for 20 minutes and finish by stirring in some parmesan cheese.

The result is a delicious flavoursome pasta bolognese meal that the whole family are sure to love.

To serve, I top the adults portion with some fresh basil and a little more grated parmesan.

And for the kids I add grated cheddar cheese.
