A delicious white hot chocolate flavoured with strawberries. The perfect treat for Valentine’s Day!
Ingredients
- 150g frozen strawberries
- 600ml milk
- 100g white chocolate
- optional: cream, marshmallows and sprinkles to top
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries and milk to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan and add the pieces of white chocolate.
- Heat gently until the milk has warmed and the chocolate has melted.
- Serve immediately with any toppings you like.
