whipped feta dip with veggies

Veggie snacks… we all know we should be eating more vegetables and crudités like carrots, cucumber, peppers etc make ideal snacks. But lets face it, they can be a bit boring!

The key to making veggie snacks exciting is delicious and interesting dips. And my Whipped Feta ticks all those boxes!

whipped feta dip

It’s made with feta cheese, greek yogurt and milk and flavoured with garlic powder, black pepper and lemon juice.

If you have a blender or a mini chopped it makes it super easy to whip this up. But if not, don’t worry. You can mash the feta and mix in the ingredients that way.

My recipe makes enough for three good sized portions and will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Feta has never been a favorite with my children in the past, but saw this recipe and gave it a go. I was pleasantly surprised with how much they enjoyed it, served it with fresh chopped veg sticks and some of the favorite crisps. I’m taking that as a win. Now wondering what to try next.
